On 5 February 2026, the Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (OHSE) Warehouse team, together with the SCGJWD Dangerous Goods Warehouse team, welcomed and provided a briefing to a delegation of more than 30 diplomats from the European Union and Asia during their visit to the Dangerous Goods Warehouse at Laem Chabang Port.
The session covered warehouse emergency response management, chemical safety knowledge, and handling of dangerous goods. The visit was part of a regional workshop and tabletop exercise on large-scale emergency response, organized by the Port Authority of Thailand under the Global Port Safety (GPS) project, aiming to strengthen safety standards and enhance emergency preparedness for ports across Asia and Europe.
