On July 14, 2023, the Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Department participated in the Safety Culture Enhancement Project for the year 2023. The project aimed to create an emergency response plan for the communities around Laem Chabang Port. Mr. Veerachart Phuttraksa, Assistant Managing Director of Laem Chabang Port, presided over the opening ceremony together with the local communities. The objectives of the project were to provide relevant departments with knowledge regarding safety measures, surveillance, prevention, emergency response, and the development of an emergency plan.
