On April 29, 2025, SCGJWD, led by Mr. Nithi Patarachoke, Chairman of the Board, Mr. Bunn Kasemsup, Director and Co-CEO and Mr. Charvanin Bunditkitsada, Director, Executive Chairman, and Co-CEO, together with the Board of Directors, held the company’s 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in a hybrid format. During the meeting, shareholders acknowledged the company’s 2024 performance, which recorded total revenue of THB 24,705.1 million and a net profit of THB 1,119.1 million—an increase of 3% and 47% year-on-year, respectively. The meeting also approved a dividend payment of THB 0.28 per share, totaling THB 507.09 million. The XD sign will be posted on May 7, with the dividend payout scheduled for May 23, 2025.
