On May 10, 2024, The Siam Refractory Industry (SRIC) signed a partnership agreement with SCGJWD for the "Customs X" service contract. The Customs X platform is developed by SCGJWD to facilitate data connectivity between exporters and the NSW Service Provider (a service provider certified by the National Telecommunications Commission) for the Customs Department. This initiative aims to enhance the efficiency of export procedures.
Present at the signing ceremony were Mr. Atthapol Pongcharoensook, Refractory Business Director, and Mr. Panuwat Geaohai, Export Sales Manager from SRIC, along with Ms. Bannawit Ketsumsarp, Co-Managing Director, and Mr. Charintorn Noparat , Senior Vice President Freight Business from SCGJWD. They participated in the signing of the contract to use the Customs X service, which aims to streamline document processing, reduce data entry errors, and enable real-time status checking. The service contract is valid for 3 years (2024-2026).
