As the Company determined its greenhouse gas emission data collection as well as its subsidiaries after the merger transaction in Quarter 4/2023; it reviewed the data collection scope, the greenhouse gas emission measurement, the energy management affecting the climate condition. In 2023, the Company identified the greenhouse gas release data gathering in its subsidiaries’ business scope, with the efficient data storage in the Logistics
Transportation, General Warehouse and Temperature-Controlled Goods Business Units and other businesses of 12 in total. The Company reported and verified the greenhouse gas emission quantity in the direct (Scope 1) and indirect (Scope 2) greenhouse gas release scope, passing the verification by Phayao University’s Faculty of Energy and Environment, the external independent verification organization registered an external assessor for the
application of the organization’s carbon footprint certification with Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) (“Auditor”).

In 2024, the Company identified the data collection scope according to the business units preparing the report of the conventional greenhouse gas emission as that of the 2023, and arranged the report in other additional greenhouse gas release scopes (Scope 3). The quantity of the greenhouse gas emission was verified by the auditor as reported in detail in the topic of the Environmental Performance on the page 88 of Sustainability Report.
